Privacy notice

Who we are

TAKUMI Production Private Limited is a video and event production studio based in Serbia. We decide how the data described here is used, which makes us the data controller. For any privacy question or request, write to studio@takumiproduction.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address and message, plus anything else you choose to add (company, service, preferred date, budget).
• Free guide: your email address, whether you ticked the newsletter box, the language of the page and the date and time of your request.
• Email and phone: whatever you send us or tell us.

We do not ask for sensitive data such as health information. Please do not include it in your messages.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare an offer. You asked us to, and it is a step before a possible contract.
• To send you the guide you requested.
• To send you our newsletter, only if you ticked the box. This is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To keep a record of when and how you agreed to the newsletter, so we can show it if asked.
• To keep the website secure, for example to block spam and limit repeated form submissions. This is our legitimate interest.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not load content from other websites.

Like every website, our hosting server automatically records basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are used only for security and to fix problems. To stop abuse of the forms, we also keep a coded (hashed) form of your IP address for a short time.

Who receives your data

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing. It is handled only by:

• our website hosting provider, which runs the website and sends its emails;
• Google (Gmail), which we use for our email inbox. Google may process data outside Serbia under its standard data protection terms;
• an email newsletter service, if we use one to send the newsletter, only for that purpose;
• public authorities, only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact, or longer if they lead to a contract and the law requires us to keep business records.
• Guide requests without the newsletter: up to 1 year.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only a note of your unsubscribe and earlier consent, so that we do not email you again by mistake.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct it or delete it;
• limit how we use it, or object to its use;
• send it to you in a format you can reuse.

You can withdraw your newsletter consent at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any of our emails or by writing to studio@takumiproduction.com. This does not affect anything we did before. We answer every request within 30 days.

If you think we have not handled your data correctly, you can complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (www.poverenik.rs), or to the data protection authority in your own country.

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The list of guide requests is kept in a private folder on the server that cannot be opened from the web, and only we have access to it.

Children

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 15.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
